Shipping policy
At Saints Way Wines, every order is carefully packed by hand at our winery in Cornwall to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Order Processing
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Orders placed after midday, at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During harvest, public holidays or periods of exceptionally high demand, dispatch may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed.
Delivery Charges
Standard delivery is £4.95.
Delivery is free on orders over £75.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery Service
We currently deliver to addresses within Great Britain where our standard shipping service is available.
Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
At present, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland. We also do not currently offer delivery to addresses where additional courier surcharges apply, such as certain Scottish Highlands and Islands locations. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund where appropriate.
Age Verification
Because we sell alcoholic products, you must be 18 years of age or over to place an order containing alcoholic products.
Our delivery partners may operate a Challenge 25 policy and may request valid photographic identification before handing over your order. If suitable identification cannot be provided, delivery may be refused.
Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that someone aged 18 or over is available to receive any orders containing alcohol.
If delivery cannot be completed after repeated attempts and the parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any return carriage costs from any refund issued.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, within 48 hours of delivery.
Photographs of the parcel and any damaged items will help us resolve the issue quickly.
