2. Eligibility to Purchase

Our website may contain both alcoholic and non-alcoholic products.

You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase any alcoholic product from our website.

By placing an order for alcoholic products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe this condition has not been met.

Our delivery partners may request proof of age upon delivery.

3. Products

We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However:

  • Colours and packaging may appear differently depending on your device.

  • Product photographs are for illustration purposes and minor variations may occur.

  • Availability is subject to stock levels.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or withdraw products without prior notice.

As our wines are produced in small batches from natural agricultural products, slight variations in colour, aroma, flavour and character between vintages and production batches are entirely normal and form part of the individuality of each wine. These natural variations do not constitute a fault.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£).

Where applicable, prices include VAT.

Payment is required in full at the time an order is placed. We accept payment using the methods shown during checkout.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors. Where this affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before processing the order.

5. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of that order.

A contract between you and Saints Way Wines Ltd is formed when your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where, for example:

  • a product is unavailable;

  • an error has occurred in pricing or product information;

  • payment cannot be authorised;

  • we are unable to verify the purchaser's age where alcoholic products are concerned; or

  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

If payment has already been taken for an order that cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
