Crafted from carefully selected heritage Cornish apple varieties, Apple Wine No. 2 reveals a richer, more generous expression of our orchard. Pressed on our estate and produced in small batches, it balances ripe fruit character with refreshing acidity, creating an elegant still apple wine that is both approachable and distinctive.
Tasting Notes
Inviting aromas of honeyed melon and ripe orchard fruit lead into a rounded palate with delicate notes of orange peel and gentle citrus. Its medium off-dry style offers a soft, natural sweetness, balanced by refreshing acidity and a clean, lingering finish.
Serve lightly chilled at 8–10°C and enjoy as an aperitif or paired with roast pork, glazed ham, mature cheeses or lightly spiced dishes.

Saints Way Wines is a family-run vineyard and orchard nestled in the Cornish countryside near Fowey. Our wines are produced from fruit grown on the estate, celebrating the landscape, climate and craftsmanship that make this corner of Cornwall so distinctive.

Although both are made from apples, apple wine is produced using a winemaking process rather than traditional cider-making techniques. The result is a still wine with greater complexity, balance and elegance, intended to be enjoyed in much the same way as a white wine.
