From Our Orchard
Crafted from carefully selected heritage Cornish apple varieties, Apple Wine No. 3 offers a more layered expression of our orchard. Pressed on our estate and produced in small batches, it combines vibrant fruit with subtle texture, resulting in an elegant still apple wine with remarkable balance and depth.
Tasting Notes
Delicate orchard fruit and white blossom aromas give way to a beautifully balanced palate where ripe apple flavours are complemented by fine phenolics and a lively freshness. A gentle sweetness is balanced by crisp acidity, leading to a long, clean and satisfying finish.
Serve lightly chilled at 8–10°C and enjoy alongside roasted poultry, creamy cheeses, seasonal salads or simply on its own.
