    Apple Wine No. 4 is the boldest expression in our inaugural collection, revealing a more textured and characterful side of our heritage Cornish apple varieties. Produced with a light touch to allow the fruit to speak for itself, No. 4 offers an elegant balance of freshness, structure and complexity. Confident yet refined, it is a wine for those who enjoy discovering something a little unexpected.

    Tasting Notes

    Delicate white floral aromas open the wine, leading to a beautifully textured palate with restrained fruit, refreshing acidity and subtle, finely balanced tannins. Its low-intervention style allows the heritage Cornish apple varieties to shine, creating a wine with depth, structure and a long, elegant finish.

    Serve lightly chilled at 8–10°C and enjoy with charcuterie, soft cheeses, grilled fish or simply savour it on its own.

    Our Story

    Saints Way Wines is a family-run vineyard and orchard nestled in the Cornish countryside near Fowey. Our wines are produced from fruit grown on the estate, celebrating the landscape, climate and craftsmanship that make this corner of Cornwall so distinctive.

    How is Apple Wine Different to Cider?

    Although both are made from apples, apple wine is produced using a winemaking process rather than traditional cider-making techniques. The result is a still wine with greater complexity, balance and elegance, intended to be enjoyed in much the same way as a white wine.

    How Should I Serve This Wine?

    For the best experience, serve lightly chilled at around 8–10°C.

    Where is Your Apple Wine Produced?

    Our apple wines are crafted from carefully selected heritage Cornish apple varieties, with every harvest pressed on our estate before being transformed through our small-batch, low-intervention approach to winemaking.

    How Long Will the Wine Keep Once Opened?

    Once opened, we recommend resealing the bottle and storing it in the refrigerator. It is best enjoyed within 2–3 days.
